It can be a great influence on one's music and lyrics. still, the commercial scene is all about making money out of anything. so commercial artist do anything as like making some fake stories related and all. apart from that, even in underground music scene. lot of these musicians whine around and try to get attention out of these sort of emotions and pain. but at the end of the day who cares? True music actually arises from real human pain and such bad situation from which individual suffers.
